1. Agreement

By using BlockVault ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. BlockVault is operated by BlockVault ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

BlockVault is a WordPress plugin and cloud service that allows users to save, store, and reuse Gutenberg blocks across WordPress sites. The Service includes a free tier with local storage and paid tiers with cloud synchronization.

3. Accounts

To use cloud features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your API key with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or security measures
• Upload malicious code or content through the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed annually through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion.

7. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all content (blocks, markup, and associated data) you store through the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We store your content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss, though we take reasonable measures to prevent both.

9. Plan Limits

Each plan has specified limits (number of blocks, number of connected sites). If you exceed your plan limits, you will need to upgrade to continue adding new content. Existing content remains accessible.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon cancellation of a paid plan, your account reverts to the free tier. We may delete account data 90 days after account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
